Winner of the gold medal

In 2003 NanoScan (SwissProbe) won the Swiss Technology Award for developing a high-resolution magnetic force microscope (hr-MFM). This annual award goes to start-up or spin-off companies which develop highly innovative prototypes ready to launch on the market.
